When measuring Drawer Boxes, figure the width at 1 " less than the
opening for most standard side mount guides.
(3/8" less for Blum Full Extension - Blumotion Bottom-Mount Guides. (*Shown
Below)
Figure the height at 3/4" less than then the opening.
(1" for Blum Full Extension and Blumotion.)
All are outside box measurements.
Standard Drawer Box Depths: 21" & 18"
Please use standard depths whenever possible.
Enter in the exact drawer box sizes on the form.
Bottom Panels can be done at 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" thickness.
They can be made inset at 1/2" up from the bottom or done as a bottom mount.
Quotes
can be done for assembled or
un-assembled drawer boxes.
Depending on the quantity and size of the order, you may have to order the boxes
un-assembled in order to ship them by UPS. Otherwise, will ship by Freight Truck
YOU MUST SUPPLY US WITH THE ACTUAL DRAWER SIZES
These Drawer Boxes are Solid Wood, 5/8" Thick.

Poplar is our standard wood specie for our Drawer Boxes
Bottom Panel Material: Birch (standard)
for lighter wood specie,
Darker Specie we do have matching panels as well as White Melamine.

Assembly of Drawer Box: $6.25 each box
Pre-finishing of Drawer Box: $7.30 each box
(Pre-Finished drawer boxes will be pre-finished with 2 coats of catalyzed
varnish.)
Add $4.50 ea per box for notching 
*Add $2.60 per box for Standard Hand Pulls

*These guides
perform best if side mounted in the cabinet, rear mounts will allow
the guide to "flex" if weight is pushed on top of the drawer box. Wood
pieces are usually need to be installed for side-mounting. These are
installed flush with the face frame and extend to the back of the
cabinet. |
