MEASURING:
All are outside box measurements.
When measuring Drawer Box Width, figure at 1 " less than the
opening for our Hettich & most standard side mount guides.

less than the opening for Blum Full Extension or Blumotion Bottom-Mount Guides.

Figure the Height at 3/4" less than then the opening for
our Hettich & most standard side mount guides.
(Measure 1" less than the opening Height for Blum Full Extension and Blumotion Guides.)

Standard Drawer Box Depths: 21" & 18"
Please use standard depths whenever possible as they
do match the Drawer Guide lengths as well.
Enter in the exact drawer box sizes on the form.
Drawer Box Minimum Sizes: Width - 4 1/2"
Depth - 5" Height - 2"
Drawer Box Maximum Sizes: Width - 48" Depth -
48" Height - 12"
Bottom Panels are done at 1/4"or 1/2" thickness.
Standard inset is 1/2" up from the bottom or done as a bottom mount. See
Below....
*The front edge of the bottom
panel will be visible on a bottom mounts.
Quotes
can be done for assembled or
un-assembled drawer boxes.
Depending on the quantity and size of the order, you may have to order the boxes
un-assembled in order to ship them by UPS. Otherwise, orders to bulky for UPS will ship by Freight Truck
Shipping Estimates: About 25% to 40% of the total order
(Drawer Box shipping is
difficult to estimate until the order is ready to ship. Generally, 25%
would be for $1000.00+ order.
Sizes of boxes, shipping locations and UPS vrs. Freight Truck make a
difference in the cost. We will also estimate the shipping on your quote )

Our drawer boxes are constructed using 5/8" thick solid wood with 1/2"
wide dovetail joints. All boxes are built to your size specifications and
may be ordered either assembled or unassembled, finished (clear coat) or
unfinished, with or without bottoms. For added strength on assembled
boxes, we will apply hotmelt adhesive to the bottom of the bottom panel
along the sides (not the front or back). There will be no hotmelt in the
corners. We can also provide notching for undermount tracks, scoop fronts,
spice tray inserts, silverware tray inserts, utility tray inserts, peg
board inserts and more. See more information below.

Warranty
Information:
Our drawer boxes are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and
workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. Size tolerance will be
+ or - 1/32".
Un-Finished Drawer Boxes are not Warranted if stored
for longer the 30 days or if stored in high humidity conditions.
Birch is our standard wood specie for our Drawer Boxes.
(Standard Specie will have color variation and some
small knots)
You can enter "Standard Materials" on our form.
Bottom Panel Material:
Maple (standard grade)
for lighter wood specie,
Other Specie will be quoted with matching panels. |

All shown
prices below are for $1,300.00+ total order.
Orders less then $1,300.00 will have an up-charge
based on the total. Drawer Boxes and Doors can be combined for the
discounts.

*These guides
perform best if side mounted in the cabinet, rear mounts will allow
the guide to "flex" if weight is pushed on top of the drawer box. Wood
pieces usually need to be installed inside the cabinet for side-mounting. These are
installed flush with the face frame and extend to the back of the
cabinet interior. |
