MITERED DOORS AND DRAWER FRONTS

Some wood specie other than Red Oak, Hard Maple and Cherry may have set-up charge unless there are 12 or more doors on the order.
Corners are glued together using a blind mortise and tenon joint

Ordering Information:
1. MR-10, MR-20, MR-30, MR-40 and MR-50 can use any outside edge profile except: E-102, E-103, E-107, E-108, E-113, & E-116.
2. Mitered doors can be ordered open for glass with or without mullions. Please specify a “G” for glass or a “WG” for mullions.
Note: Mullions will be shipped loose and must be held behind
the glass on MR-40, MR-50, MR-362, MR-364 and MR-360.
All done with backs squared out for glass only.
3. Center rails cannot be used on MR-40, MR-50, and MR-360.
4. Mitered doors will expand and contract in response to the environmental conditions. Our doors are made with a gap tolerance of up to .010 on the inside corner to allow for this expansion and contraction Mitered doors will not be warranted against joint separation that occurs due to high or low humidity conditions.
5. A painted finish is not recommended on mitered doors.

*Round all calculations to the next highest hundredth. (1 sq. ft. minimum per door, 1/2 sq. ft. for fronts)

HOW TO PRICE:
1. Measure your door, Length x Height in inches.
2. Divide by 144, = Square Footage.
3. Multiply the Square Footage by the cost for the type of wood you need.
(Door Cost is shown above in the pricing table, use the color code for your door style.)
4. All prices are for 12 or more doors. 4 or less add 35%, 11 or less add 20%.
5. Also add in extras such as:

Finishing with Clear-coat:                               $6.85 / sq. ft. (See Colors For Finished Doors)
Finishing with Paint:                                         $12.45 / sq. ft.
5/4 Thick                                                                 add 25% to wood cost
5/4" = (1" Finish Thickness, E-104 edge only)-(Red Oak, Maple & Cherry Only)
Premium Grade Lumber                                      add 20% to un-finished cost
