Peel & Stick is not recommended for adhering to a raw wood or MDF Surface. It will stick but we do not guarantee it to stay on over time. For the best bond, use our pre-glued iron-on products. It will stick well to any sealed,  smooth or painted surface. Widths of 5/8" to 12" x 250' rolls are available.
