Composition:

Each NBL® laminate consists of an "A" Grade face, a glue line/moisture barrier, and a sound or better back of similar grain and color, and manufactured/laminated in a hot press application using heat, time, and pressure.

Tenderizing:

Using a controlled pressure setting, the tenderizing process maximizes flexibility and ensures stability.

Finish:

Front and back are precision sanded... a unique feature of the only wood-to-wood laminate

Thickness:

The standard NBL® laminate thickness is .045 +/- .005 . (45 mils)

Sheet Sizes:

Standard sizes of NBL® laminates are 4' x 8' and 4' x 10', which can be shipped flat or, for small orders, rolled.

Custom Orders:

NBL® laminates are produced to meet customer specifications of thickness and finishing sandpaper grit. Additionally, we can custom laminate a customer's veneer face using the patented NBL® process.
