TERMS FOR ORDERING DECORATIVE WOOD PRODUCTS
$ 8.00 service charge for first time orders less than $50.00
Special orders require a 75% down-payment.
$ 20.00 minimum on all Decorative Wood Products.
For factory clear-coat interior finish, add 30%.
For factory stained interior finish add 40%.
Drawings for special projects available.
 
All orders less than $900.00 please add a 7% packaging charge unless otherwise specified. Crating charges are pro-rated on large orders. 
$1,500.00 MAXIMUM for orders by credit card, over $1,500.00 by pre-paid check.
No C.O.D.                Shipments made by UPS and Common Carrier.

No returns excepted without prior authorization. 
We reserve the right to refuse any damaged returns.
Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Customer is responsible for shipping, to and from, for returns.
No returns on custom made items.
We have a 15% restocking fee for returned stock items.
Restocking charges on special orders may vary.
